1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Qredit Brokers website, a commercial brand associated with the activity of Mortgage Brokers, Lda. By browsing the website, the user accepts these conditions, without prejudice to other applicable legal documents.

The information made available on the website is institutional and informative. It does not replace the individual analysis of a credit proposal, mandatory pre-contractual information or the decision of financial institutions.

2. Credit intermediation activity

Mortgage Brokers, Lda is registered with Banco de Portugal as a tied credit intermediary, under registration number 0008242. The activity covers housing credit and consumer credit, under the terms indicated in Banco de Portugal’s public register.

Qredit Brokers is not a credit institution, does not grant credit, does not decide on the approval of financing and does not guarantee that any proposal will be obtained. The final decision always rests with the competent lenders or financial institutions.

The credit intermediary may not receive or deliver sums related to the formation, performance or early fulfilment of credit agreements, except where legally permitted.

3. Website use

The user undertakes to use the website lawfully, responsibly and in a manner compatible with the platform’s informational and commercial purpose.

• The website must not be used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
• True, complete and up-to-date information must be provided when filling in forms or contact requests.
